Baby Ballet

15 months - 2.5 years

Structured class designed as warm introduction to ballet. Utilising props, song and classical music to gently introduce your small person to movement, balance, coordination and fun.

"Miss Hannah has taught my daughter from when she was just 15 months old to now doing her second ballet exam.

She has always created a warm and fun atmosphere and been a fantastic influence on my daughter's love of dance and her confidence in general.”

Ballet

2.5 years - 3.5 years

Class continuing to develop key concepts of ballet. Focusing on imagination based play, encouraging independent dance, whilst furthering ballet knowledge, physical skills, technique and confidence.

Pre Primary RAD

3.5 years - 5 years

Very first foundational springboard into structured classical training. As a class it aims to be fun, creative and an introduction to classical ballet designed to foster a lifelong love for dance. Using imagination to encourage movement and build core physical skills, coordination and spatial awareness as well as musicality, expression and discipline.

Primary RAD

5 years - 7 years

‘A structured transition that bridges early creative movement with formal classical ballet training’ (RAD UK, 2018). A ballet class that is structured to build technical awareness, physical skills, artistry and musicality in a disciplined format. Most importantly at Belgravia Ballet, we ensure that the joy of dance and building confidence through artistic expression are at the forefront of these classes.

"Rachel is a fantastic teacher. My 7-year-old daughter has been with her since she was 4, and over that time she’s really grown in confidence and discipline.

She creates a warm, positive class that my daughter truly enjoys, and it’s been lovely to see her develop a real love for ballet and music.”

Supportive foundational ballet

Age-appropriate teaching that builds turnout awareness, coordination, musicality, and posture with calm, encouraging structure from the very beginning.

RAD-approved rigour

The school’s training is positioned to appeal to parents looking for established standards, clear progression, and beautifully taught classical discipline.

Musical theatre experiences

Alongside ballet technique, the school can support specialist musical theatre experiences that build stage confidence, expression, and performance quality.
